Stunningly beautiful hotel with good wi-fi, the location was particularly good far away from the center of the city.

The room features exceptionally comfortable beds, a television, a microwave, and a fridge, along with a spacious private bathroom.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the promenade at night and a walk along the waterfront. Stayed in amazing deluxe king studio with the views to Hong Kong, a big bar...

Although everything was great, some of the staff were busy.

The luxury residences at Fraser Suites Shenzhen are a dream! The apartments are so well-equipped with everything you need, like a kitchenette and washer-dryer. It's like having a home away from home. The two-bedroom executive apartment is so spacious and private, perfect for relaxation. And the sunset views are absolutely stunning! The 58 sqm studio executive apartment is incredibly comfortable, especially with the modern kitchenette. The one-bedroom apartment is also great, with separate living and dining areas.

I personally didn't enjoy one feature at Fraser Suites Shenzhen, but I understand that some might still find it enjoyable.

The staff was especially helpful and friendly. the hotel's location is excellent, close to taxi services, the Hong Kong mountains, and the boardwalk. - Yantian district is definitely worth exploring.

I always stay here! The staff helped with suitcases too. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and kitchen stuff. I'll be back for New Year.

We absolutely loved staying at Capri By Fraser in Shenzhen. The infinity pool on the rooftop was our favorite feature, with its stunning views and clean water. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed taking walks along the waterfront in the evenings. The nearby shopping mall provided everything we needed. The staff, especially Sam and Kevin at the front office, made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, near a shopping mall and restaurants to try out. Loved the view from our room, simply breathtaking.

Although our room was nice, we were disappointed that there wasn't a closed-off shower area, making it a bit messy. Plus, the gym could have been in better condition.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel! the location was perfect for us as my husband and I love to play badminton and there was a stadium nearby where we could play. It was also a great place to relax as it was far away from the center of the city and right by the sea. the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-stocked. the service was top-notch as the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast included a wide variety of options and the views from the rooftop pool were breathtaking.

The gym could use some more gym equipment options.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the breathtaking view from the rooftop infinity pool. The water was crystal clear and the view of the surrounding area was stunning. It provided the perfect backdrop for some memorable moments together. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We were able to start our day off on a high note with a hearty and satisfying meal.

One of the downsides we experienced was the inconvenience of transportation. The hotel was located a bit far from the city center and there were no nearby subway stations.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The sea view room was incredible and the service exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, as they upgraded our room and even decorated it for our special anniversary. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool on the 45th floor, which had a breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet was also great, with a lot of options to choose from. The location near One Mall was convenient for us, as it was only an 8-minute walk away.

I spent my Xmas holidays at this hotel and I must say that the staff were very polite and the beds were soft and comfortable. the swimming pool offered a great view of the surrounding areas and I enjoyed the free breakfast that this hotel provided every morning. the hotel is located in a peaceful area with a mall nearby which has a great variety of food options.

There were some negative aspects that made my experience less enjoyable. the lift was very slow and it took me an average of 10-15 minutes just to leave the hotel.
